The extra length over a standard paring knife makes dicing onions way less awkward, and it still handles fine detail work. Been using it daily for a week and the edge has held up great.

I’ve been using it for trimming fat and slicing small veggies, and the slightly larger size than a standard paring knife is exactly the sweet spot for my kitchen work. The blade holds its edge remarkably well through a whole prep session, and it feels precise without being delicate.

First thing I noticed is how nimble the slightly larger-than-paring size feels in hand for quick dicing at the kitchen counter. The blade handles trimming and slicing with real precision, no struggling even on smaller veggies.
