Took this on a three-day camping trip and the edge on the CPM M4 steel held up way better than my old knife after batoning kindling. The standard blade profile slices cleanly through rope and cardboard without snagging. Grip feels solid even with sweaty hands.

The CPM M4 steel took a serious beating on my last camping trip and still shaved hair after some basic stropping. Blade profile sits perfectly in hand for fine work, though the ranger green finish hides dirt well. Already ordered a second one for my buddy.

Carried it on a week-long training course and the CPM M4 steel held an edge through constant hard use that would've dulled my old blades by day two. The Standard profile splits the difference between utility and defense perfectly, and the grip stayed locked even when my hands were slick with sweat.
